CD stuck in honda pilot
Assuming you didn't use a CD ith a decal on it that has jammed inside, the unit will need to be removed and sent away to be repaired or replaced.
All the ones I've worked on at the dealership are sent out to Honda for repairs or replacement. Dealers don't have the facilites to repair the audio units, aside from the audio unit display circuit board bulletin for the '03-'05 Accords.

try disconnecting the battery or unplugging the audio unit and re-install..
hit the eject button (you may have to enter your radio code)
i was about to remove a cd out of my 05 ody this way, but the unit still needed to be replaced or repaired...but got the cd out!

LOL you'd hate to have six discs stay put in there like one customer did
.
Funny story actually on a related note:
We had two customers come into the dealership. The first one had an issue where their child went to put a CD in but accidentally inserted it into the spot between the dash and the top of the audio unit, just above where the CD is inserted. Opened up the console surround and found the disc sitting on top of the audio unit. Fished it out with a retractable pick-up tool.
Second customer came in on a different occasion complaining that the CD player wouldn't eject the CD nor would it show it as being inside the unit. Claimed she inserted it and it "went in funny". It was a single-disc unit and the green DISC IN indicator light was not illuminated nor would the unit eject anything.
Then it came to me from the previous incident with the child putting it into the dash...I wonder if this customer did the same?
Opened up the console surround and sure enough, there was the CD lying on top of the audio unit
.
So if you ever have a complaint in a first or second generation Pilot where the customer claims to have inserted a CD but it won't eject and the audio unit doesn't display as disc as being in, check on top of the audio unit inside the dash

Hi guys,
I have a '06 Pilot with 6-disc in dash changer. When I was pressing eject two of the cd's refused to come out, it would click a couple times and then just stays there. There was a message saying something like "ERR" or something similar. There are just 2 cd's in there, in spots 1 and 2.
Now at this point the screen doesn't show me that there are any cd's in there. I can't even switch to CD player mode, it's stays on AM/FM as if I don't even have a cd player. So I can't attempt to eject the cd's any more.
Any idea what can be done?

Now, whether this was because of a special audio unit campaign or if they had Honda Plus Extended Owner Comfort I can't say for certain, but it's worth looking into since you're Pilot is still young
