How do you adjust the timing on a 1990 accord?
I just had the head replaced by a mechanic. Emptied my wallet. Now the timing is off.
Does anyone have a step by step procedure on how adjust the timing? Any help or links on how to do this would be GREATLY appreciated.

cam timing? take it back and bitch about it.
dist timing? take it back and bitch about it.
or set the dist to where the bolt is just to the front of center in the slot.
if it runs like *** with the dist roughly center then cam timing is off.

I can't take it back..the timing belt snapped in south carolina when i was on my way to tampa, fl. I live in Maryland so the shop is about 600 miles away.
Just found this thread: https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-accord-1990-2002-2/looking-pics-cylinder-s-timing-2651466/
I'm not exactly sure its the timing..but maybe some of you guys can help me diagnose the prob. The car fires up, but as soon as it gets warm it won't idle it will just die unless i keep giving it gas. After about 5-10 mins of driving it will idle roughly at 1200. If it idles any less, or the engine is under alot of load i.e. power steering, radio, or any other power accessories the engine will struggle to stay running. Also, when i switch to 2nd around 2500 rpm the engine will struggle a bit then it will gain like 20 hp around 3000rpm and finally accelerate. It has good top end power, but no low end.
