as far as the axles go, my buddies and i are all using 88-89 integra axles. and my buddy is swapping back and forth between an LS transmission, B16 transmission and an LSD transmission all with the same axles. what you have to remember is your axles have to match your intermediate shaft (the mid axle that bolts to the motor).

when/if you go with rywire all you need is a vtec subharness. for the rest you can re-use your stock harness

well, you oem harness will plug right in to the sensors, i think on the throttle body mounted map sensor you have to switch some wires but i dont remember. you will only need to add the following wires:
4wire o2 sensor (if your going obd1)
knock sensor (unless your ecu has this disabled)
vtec solenoid
vtec oil pressure sensor

and you will have to cut and extend the wires from your fan switch (located on the back and to the top of the oil filter on obd0 blocks) to the thermostat housing where the sensor is located for the 92+ civic and integras

sorry i didnt notice you said the motor was obd1. if you are going to convert you will need what i posted above. in addition you will also need the obd0-1 ecu jumper harness. this harness will have all the wires needed you will just need to go to the junkyard and get the proper plugs unless you get one that already has the plugs
