How many miles do you guys get to a full tank? I commute 60 miles round trip everyday and i get about 270-280 to a full tank, which is about 27-28 miles per gallon.

 

29-30mph. 290-300 miles before I refill.

 

i drive city and downtown traffic every day...and i get about 230- 250 miles to a gallon....about 25 mpg at best

 

my best is about 350 (with probably .3 left in the tank at fillup). My worst is around 130 at the track

Most of the time I get around 230.

 

I got pretty good gas millage, like 35mpg, when i was draft big ******* trailer on our way up to expo. I think going down hill helps some too

i just filled up last night....put in 9.52 gal after 202 miles

 

i guess you can say i drive like a granny...i shift at 3k on every shift......havent hit vtec in about 4 days i think

 

If you're only filling the tank with 10 gallons, you're not letting it get anywhere close to empty.

It takes about 11 gallons if the gas gauge is exactly on the "E" line.

The tank holds 13.2 gallons, so if you know you're getting 27-28 miles per gallon, you ought to be able to drive it 30 miles past the "E" line and still have a gallon to spare.

 

my record is 16mpg but usually it's closer to 25+

 

I got 24-26 mpg with the car stock. 31-33 with Toda B's

 

In the last year of driving, I got 24.5 miles / gallon overall, which includes highway & city, + occassional VTEC.

 

I got 350 miles out of a tank, worst was 17 mpg

 

I've been trying to get at least 30/per gallon, but i have never broke 300 to a full tank. Closes was 290.

 

I get 300 per tank in my '94 GSR with light mods and 99k on the odo.
I've seen as low as 250 and as high as 350 per tank.

 

Usually 24-26mpg around town and on the highway. Once, on a trip to Nashville I got 360 miles out of 10 gallons. That'll probably never happen again...

 

question for you guys who like to drive around until the "gas-tank-almost-empty" light comes on - have any of you ever run out of gas?

I usually fill up after 250 miles and I average about 25 mpg. My driving is 75% city and 25% highway.

believe it or not but i got 39-43mpg traveling from va to fl crusing at 60mph
