My 99 tiptronic makes a noise when im going 40 and under, sounds like a combination of a dryer/and something grinding... does anyone have any idea of what it could be? Please, any help is good help. Thanks. In advance.

 

sounds like the tranny is going out... tiptronics are known for that. check for any tranny leaks and test every gear out thoroughly.

 

Sell it and buy a 5speed.
