What brand is it? How did it lose fluids? There's more to it than just adding oil.

Take it to the manufacturer. That's your best bet. They're in Chatsworth just in case. http://www.swayaway.com/

The labor to rebuild shocks would be more expensive than just buying new ones.

And the seals are likely blown. So even if you could simply refill them they would leak out right away.

you sure about that? Those shocks are meant to be rebuilt. The parts are pretty cheap for them and in SoCal I'm sure the OP can find a lot of places that could do the labor. I seriously doubt that a rebuild of SAW RaceRunners will be anywhere near the cost of replacements.

EDIT: found this on a quick google search

Sway-A-Way RaceRunner Rebuild
http://www.bajataco.com/sawrebuild1.html

Cost the guy about $100 to do it himself.

These guys are close to the OP and probably would do the rebuild or at least get the parts

like what nosense said, they are meant to be rebuilt and worth the rebuild. I rather spend $106 then $150-$250 for some GR2,tokico blues,AXG and i cant afford Koni yellows right now because im just a high school student. plus Sway a way did me right. Super Stiff! Im on AGX right now and i want my sway a way back. Ima rebuild them soon.
But thanks for you answer tho.
