I got a shell from a guy about a month or so ago and had a singe d16y7 sitting in my garage and me and my good buddy threw it in and wired it up there were two or three wires that didnt have any were on the harness to go when i kick it over it acts like it want to start but it just turns over and over please help a young blood in the game out please

Is the Check Engine Light on in the cluster?
Check for fuel, spark, compression.

 

Exactly, pull a plug wire stick a screen driver in it and hold it close to the block, then while being careful not to touch any metal (the screw driver or the car) have someone turn over the car and see if there is a good arc -- you have to hold it just close enough, but don't touch it. If there is good spark, then pull a plug right after you tried to start it and see if there is any gas on the plug. With the plug out put a hose down the plug hold and hold your thumb over it, turn the motor over, does the compression force your thumb off the hose?
