screeching noise at start up.
Tough to diagnose without really hearing it. Can it be the alternator or AC belt? Shoot some belt dressing spray to see if it goes away. If it does, you need to retension the belts or get new ones. Also, does it sounds like starter solenoid getting stuck?
i would put belt dressing on the belts but i like to use just candle wax as it doesnt fling oils all over the bay but u either need new belts or re tighten them
Your belts need re tensioning, that is all. Give each of them tension with your hand and see which one is loose the most; then loosen the 14mm bolt, giving it tension, and then tighten it.
damn it i really should proof read my post i ment to say i WOULDNT..do to what arthas said..dressing will also make the belt skeech even worse with in a few days

Please dont follow h2beg's advice. The dressing could cause your belts to wear prematurely and possibly make them break.
