I've contacted several car transport companies and I've found one that says if I can get 7-8 cars, he'll ship for $500 one way.

Flights leaving on the 3rd and coming back the 8th out of Charlotte to Monterey are currently 320$ round trip.

So if we can get 7 people, total travel is going to be ~1320$ for car transport and flight.
Less then 7 people will be closer to ~1720$ for transport and flight.

+cost of track events and hotel cost.

I might have 4 people already.

I need to gauge serious interest in the next couple weeks to line up the carrier.
