how to: 4x114.3 conversion on ef chassis
long story short.. bought wheels off of a guy said they were 4x100/4x114.3. come home they dont fit. i measure and they are 4x108 but wheel is stamped 4x100/4x114. anyways so i like these wheels and want to do 4x114.3 conversion. i've looked on here and found a lot of info but most misguiding. does anyone have concrete info on the front/rear hub setup. any help will be appreciated .
do a 96 itr conversion or buy some el cheapo 4x100 to 4x114.3 wheel adapter spacers...!!!

sounds like your looking for a perfect fit which aint gonna happen without modification...ditch them wheels and get yourself that same style of wheel in 4x100...if they dont make them in 4x100 and since you dont want to use adapters well then your SOL and i recommend that you make friends with Google...!!!
that should work but to a certain extent.. i believe dc knuckle on ef pushed it out extremely though. what i'm trying to do it figure out if a 4x114 hub can be pushed into a da integra knuckle or a ex civic.. also i have jdm ef9 sir knuckles would a 4x114 hub press into that? any info would be great.

If you can get the hub to press onto the DA then it might fit the SiR knuckle as well, but not the EX. EX has the smaller bearing like the DX/Si knuckle.
positive camber is the least of your worries what you should be worried about the front is the positive caster that you will get bend of the knuckle is more drastic.
there was a link somewhere where they showed that you could get teh 4x114 spindles machined
http://technet.ff-squad.com/how-to/5lug.ef-da/ should be same concepts

I know this is a rather old thread, but was the solution ever found? I was thinking about taking the ef hub to a machine shop and have it drilled to 4x114.3. Just a thought.
Agreed, looking to do a 4x114 conversion on my ef.
How much positive camber is on these wheen the 4x114 itr hubs are installed? will a camber kit correct for it enough? does it use 36mm axels like 5 lug itr conversions?

are the rears are a strait bolt? your talking JUST hub correct? or are you talking the complete assembly with LCA?
as far as the front hub, would like to know if the camber kits will adjust for the exxcess camber...

yes, just hub.
just get 4x114.3 hubs, get them machined down to fit into a DA knuckle.
what excess camber are you referring to?
sorry, for the rears use rear trailing arms with brake assembly. everything else keep for the civic/crx (lower control arms, compensator arms, and upper control arms).
for the fronts, there will be no excess camber because you are still gonna be using the ef or da front spindles, whichever you have on the car now. you are just machining the 4x114.3 hub to fit the ef/da wheel bearing and then press everything into the ef/da spindle.

this was a thread from last October. It was just bumped up again by 93eg2 and xero xero wondering about a solution. So as far as the wheels go, who knows?
