Default Bubbles on car

Hey HT, im new here and i also just got a EK like 2 days ago. I didin't notice the bubbles on top of the car but you guys know anyway of like making it go away? if i had a camera i can show you guys but not at the moment. Paint seems like it had just been done also so..Any help?

^^That's what I thought he was talking about, but I don't recall ever seeing rust bubbles on the roof of any 96-00. They're usually pretty solid there.

Well the paint looks fresh..the car has no rust but its forming like bubbles. I dunno how to explain it. maybe it is rust bubbles

naw not a orange peel.. i remember a friend telling me about his paint job and it was cold when he was painting...and it left so bubble spots on his bumper
buttt ill take a picture on my phone tomorrow and post it here
