Default First B16 CRX swap. Need help Troubleshooting startup.

Doing my first JDM B16 swap into an 89 CRX HF. The motor was pulled from an EF8 front clip and sat around for 2 years. The motor is in the car and everything is hooked up except the VSS. The car turns over but does not start. I know I'm getting fuel to the filter but not to the cylinders, can't smell fuel when I pull a spark plug. Also not getting spark to the plugs. I replaced normal things like cap n rotor, water pump, timing belt, plugs and plug wires. Where do I go from here?

Everything was pulled from the EF8 clip including the ECU. I believe it is the pr3.

If I were to buy a new dizzy, would one from a 90 - 91 integra be fine? Or should I just convert to OBD1?

90-91 Integra distributor is fine and is what I am running with my PR3 ECU... going OBD-1 is even better IMO, basically for the ability to upgrade if you wanted to.

Any Ideas on my fuel problems? If I went OBD1 I would probably need to get OBD1 injectors too, right? Which may fix the problem.

Check power to distributor before you decide to replace it. Check the fuel relay. Check fuel pressure regulator. Double check your wiring.

inside the dizzy were 3 sensors, crank angle sensor, TDC sensor, and cylinder sensor, make sure wire up correctly, im having a hard time figuring it out, finally have it done, pr3 ecu does need injector resistor box, too much voltage would fried the injectors
wht/blu-c4 TDC sensor
org/blu-c3 TDC sensor
wht/red b12 crank sensor
org b10 crank sensor
blu/grn c1 cylinder sensor
blu/yel(wht)c2 cylinder sensor
