removing altnator dohc zc

ok i used search and failed i have it all unbolted un pluged now i puzzled how to get it out i have a dohc zc in a 89 si do i have to loosein the motor mount and remove the drive shaft

No. Once you have it removed you have to manuever it around untill it comes out. You dont have to remove any thing.

yea you should be able to get it out without having to undo anything else. you just have to maneuver it the right way.

Did you take the long bolt out. I had to turn my wheels a certain way so it would drop out

i had the same problem striped out one of my alt bolts and i couldnt get it out so i just put a longer bolt in it and a nut...

you have to remove the bottom bracket that the long bolt goes through and it slides right out between the engine and axle

i got it another way is pull master cylnder and push it out the way and slides right out no problems thanks guys
