CRx89si axle and half shaft problem and belt

Story
Im trying to drop in a JDM B16a obd0 into my 89 Crx si, but i am running into a lot of problems. When i bought the motor in person form Extremejdm.com the seller told me that the axles he gave me should fit, plus the shift linkage. But right when i got home and installed everything the axles where way too long and the shift linkage too, even though he gave me his worthless words.
1.Problem/Hypothesis
So far i bought generic axles from ebay titled crx b16 swap axles. The passenger axle/knuckles went in easily, but the driver side is showing a lot of resistance in the knuckles as if the axles are too long potentially causing bearing wear. My conclusion to this is that the intermediate shaft needs to be changed to a DA aka 90-93 integra manual half shaft. Am i correct that the half shaft is longer and i do need to replace it with the DA?
2nd Problem/Hypo
I am also running a ctr pulley that i just purchased, and now the original belt is too long. Is there a specific belt i should purchase or am i going to have to ask the guys pep boys to look for a shorter belt for me?
Thanks to any who can validate the information given or add more too it. If anyone believes that i haven't tried hard enough to search for this information, then i will go back to searching.

yeah i've used that site plus ef-honda.com, i just need to know if the intermediate shaft on a jdm b16 is longer than a da 90 93 integra
