Just take it to a muffler shop. If you know anyone who welds, they can do it too. Not that complicated.

yeaah i mesured the stock muffler that i have on and the difference is like 1/2-1 inche difference in length and width...

 

i've seen pics of it fitting 1992-95 civic hatchback. i tried doing it before but it sits too close to everything and im pretty sure there is going to be alot of rubbing. to me it's not worth it. just buy muffler made for the car.
