Default Question about AT tranny install 5th gen

I just picked up a JDM 99 Prelude SiR Auto tranny from HMO in Burbank, and I was under the impression that they were the same as USDM 97-01 Auto tranny's. They said they use a different TCM then US and i will need to use all my solenoids and sensors off my original tranny. Has anyone here done a JDM Auto tranny swap into US prelude? Mine finally went out after 198k miles, so its lived its life. This one is got 65000km from what the clip's cluster read. And yeah I know i should just go Manual swap, but been quoted $1500 to do all i need, this cost me $450 and $200 install so easier and its my daily driver, dont drive it hard just highway.
