hey guys, i have a 99 acura integra gs b18b1 motor

its got a t3/t4 turbo setup

my car will hesitate under load after 2nd gear...but its fine in 1st and 2nd gear

i was thinking the injectors are to small because my car was running lean but now its running rich, and it will either run lean or rich all the time

my car has no o2 sensors, could this be my problem or do i need a re-tune?
