So I changed out my front suspension with gc+koni's with extended top hats. Then I went to the rear and when I was trying to take the stock top hat off to use with the gc+koni's I stripped out the allen key on the shock. So now I'm in a delima because I need that top hat but can't get it off. So I was wondering if I could just use the stock top hat from the front suspension? Are they interchangable?

 

what car? i know that the top hats in the eg/dc are oval for the rear and circular for the front.. if you stripped the stock strut, all you have to do is chop off the nut..
