Oil in Intake manifold
Well, I pulled my motor out to get the car completely painted. Decided to remove the manifold since I'm doing the rbc manifold. When I took off the manifold there were small puddles off oil in the manifold. The pcv valve isnt clogged. One thing I noticed is that the vacuum line from the pcv valve to the manifold was that it was completed sucked shut.
Before I pulled it the moto it had black sooth coming out the tail pipe. Pretty postive it wasnt oil because it didnt smear when I wiped it off the rear bumper. The exhaust side of the head has alot of carbon build up and the plugs are straight black. I thought the car was running rich but possibly bad rings? Are there any ways I could check to see if the rings are bad with the motor out of the vehicle?
You can see the picture below that it has alot of carbon build up.

hmmm...
heres what i suggest this usually works
sea foam your car put alot inyour gas tank put some in your vacuum lines and your intake and put some where your oil goes see if that fixes it and seafoam is available at most auto shops

those hoses suck shut because they get oil soaked and soft. just put a new hose in it.
get a good close up pic of the plugs if you can. easy to tell the diff between oil and gas.

Added the picture of the spark plug. All 4 look exactly the same. I also shined a flash light down each of the cylinders. Didnt see any oil just looked like carbon build up at the top of the pistons.
