89 civic hb bumper fit on 90 civic hb?

someone? please? i tried search but couldn't find a good answer. do the 90 underbody splash guards bolt up to the 89 bumper? does it match up correctly with the fenders?

Yes the bumper will fit the only diff is the bumper lens and the center hole..I think..that is the only diff I can think of and that is only apperance wise. But yes the cover should fit nicely.
