rebuilding jdm h22a for civic coupe

ok so i ordered the rebiuld kit and when it comes im going to work on it...i just dont know the torque specs on any of the stufff...so can anyone point me in the right direction and help me get some answers

Check online to see if you can find a honda manual for free or make the best investment and buy a Helms for the motor.

ill point you to the top right of this page where is says "search" type in h22 torque specifications and have a hay day
