Default Bought a Gem - 1991 Civic Si
I purchased this car October 2nd, 2009 from the 2nd owner with 105,000 kms. The previous owner bought it in 2007 and drove it for only 5,000 kms until it was stored. This car was first owned by Bill Gardiner of Motoring TV on TSN. Recently, the car was mentioned on an episode of motoring TV in early Jan 2010.

Its lowered like 3/4" with skunk2 sleeves.. I dont wanna lower it
more.

Nope. I went through this car with a magnifying glass...LoL
I even asked the first owner about it. The second owner drove it for 5000, kms in 2 years.
