Here's a direct link for the top at Hardtopguy. My last online purchase was with evasivemotorsports.com and they're okay. Lots of domestic and JDM brands at competitive prices. If you had any stores you dealt with your Civic that you liked you should check them out if they're still around.

Hardtop is very easy to install. You can do it in under an hour with just your basic socket set.

I would look into s2ki.com for parts. They sometimes have alot of group buys posted by most of the vendors that have been listed in this thread already.

OEM install instructions here and additional guide here. It's pretty easy to do. Just installed my today in about 90 minutes taking a big break after each step.

I can't even find OEM hard tops anymore.

I get a lot of stuff from www.hondaautomotiveparts.com. Infact, I just ordered my AP2 headlights and a bunch of other stuff from there. I ordered some AP2 bumpers/CR lip but they couldn't ship them. So I bought them for the same price from another dealer around here.

I've bought my EM1's timing belt and water pump stuff from there, I buy stuff for my GF's accord from there. I bought stuff for my friend's cars from there. Stuff for people's cars who I worked on...etc. etc. I ordered the CR lip installation hardware kit...which is literally $63 worth of bolts/clips. They got it ALL right.
