Fresh GSR swap VTEC no Speedo working

Hey whats up the name is Idan I own a 99 gs leather I just converted it to a JDM B18C GSR with ITR/Kaaz LSD tranny. The problems im having is that I have no speedo nor VTEC engaugment, the wierd thing is my ecu is chipped & has the vss to where it wouldnt affect the vtec. I used the stock B18B harness & had a legit pigtail made to run the VTEC wire & oil pressure switch along with ground, I have a usdm obd2 dizzy on it now & still no help, Ive tried switching out speed sensors, ecus, clusters JDM & USDM aswell as dizzy's too I have 2 JDM obd2 dizzy's & the 1 USDM, on my set up I have a freshly rebuilt 96 jdm gsr engine with skunk2 tuner 2 cams with stock cam gears, ITR 98 spec 4-1 header with test pipe JDM, dual valve springs & retainers, AEM FPR & RAIL, H22A4 injectors, ACT streetlight flywheel, chipped obd 1 ECU with Jumper, please any help greatly appreciated, car runs & drives fine just no speedo & no VTEC I was throwing a cel code that was supposidly something to do with the JDM distributor being reveresed somehow someway internally I mean both jdm dizzy star the car just fine my usdm 1 I think resolved the issue ugh freekin car is killing me

I've never heard of an ECU chipped so that the VSS is 'turned off', try swapping the VSS with another and see what happens. Be careful to take it off the right way, rather than disassembling it -- as that may damage it.
Sorry kinda worded it wierd vss on the ecu is messed with someway not sure exactly Mono just explained to me that even though my speedo doesnt work VTEC should engauge I tried a friends P28 same prob & JDM b18c gsr lsd ecu nothing seems to work wierd thing is got vtec to crack 1 time with the p28 in 1st gear
I have never heard of VTEC without speedo, If it were my car I would put a stock ECU in the car pull the check engine light codes and follow the correct troubleshooting trees. Did you put the KAAZ in yourself? Might seem like a dumb ?, but did the speedo drive gear get transferred onto the LSD? No drive gear = no speedo. It probably did get transferred, but just a thought. Sometimes it is hard to stick to one plan of attack when it comes to diagnostics of more than one issue. Best way for me is to focus on one problem. Sometimes finding the bad is harder than confirming the good. Either way it is the same tactic- a process of elimination. Good luck.

As for the stock ecu suggestion I wish I could but I dont have a crank angle sensor nor knock sensor which is prob why my jdm ecu wont let VTEC crack either dont they have knock sensors in Japan ?
Ok good news I just put my USDM speed sensor in with the OEM USA gear on in now I have speedo when I got home I went to top off my engine oil & saw coolannt beneath the Dizzy where the head the tranny & block meet tried the old baby powder trick all it was is that the nipple for rad hose needs to be re hondabonded that was stressful for a min thx for everyones help any ideas why VTEC almost feels bogged down or some type of limp mode ? I do have a maintance light but not cel I'm thinking I need a valve adjustment
