if this isn't a safe setup let me know, got any ideas or ways to better it, let me know

why wouldn't this be safe, its the same setup day in and out done to b16's all over the world..
to upgrade cams, you need to upgrade the valvetrain, upgrade the componets that support the mods you wish to change..
