I looked into this and honda says they will fix the motors for free if its them, if its not the motors they charge just a diagnostic fee and the parts are free so either way > $50 fix

I'm pretty sure i know what it is, it's a common problem that i have personally dealt with. It's most likely the passive belt unit, see diagram #24. can get pricey though, honda charges $476 but luckily i had one sitting in my DA integra parts car. Go hunt one down on ebay, i am almost sure that this is the problem. Hope this helped, feel free to ask any more questions.

If you try to fix them yourself Honda Dealer will not touch it, just take it in.

I'm 100% sure it's free had it done on my bro's coworker's EF, unless the dealer sales representative is a dick then he'll try charging you if they try to pull a slick one like that take it to another Honda dealer.

Items that would **** Honda Off enough to not touch your seatbelts:

- Non-factory seats
- Evidence of tampering with the seat belt system.

Beyond that, gravvvvy.
