Intro/ Issues!
So the other day i was trying to disconnect my waste gate and long story short i pulled the upper radiator hose and dumped a ton of coolant out and i filled it back but this last couple days i notice the car gets hotter so i check the coolant every day and it seems low so i keep filling it but it all ends up in the reserve tank and the rad is low again but the reserve tank is getting fuller. Any idea whats up? Also my idle jumps from 1500 to about 2k and keep idling by it self on start up so i tried to adjust the idle from the tb screw while the iacv is un plugged and it idle at where i wanted to but every time i restart the car it go back to the same. I reset the ecu every time i try to adjust the idle as well. Any idea whats up with that? Thanks.
Now on to the intro. I had my car for about a year now and it had gone through many phases but here is how it looks now.

You may have some trapped air pockets. Try purging the air out by by turning the heater all the way up, leave radiator cap off, rev the engine, run car until radiator fan turns on, and squeeze the upper radiator hose some to help get the air out. Keep the coolant level topped off in the radiator as air comes out. You can also use the bleeder valve; but, that doesn't always work.
Did you just add coolant or did you bleed the system? From the sounds of it you didn't bleed it at all.
As tech8 noted the procedure to follow, I believe the bleeder valve is also supposed to be opened to remove air coming from the radiator to the block. The cap will catch it as it goes from the block back to rad.
