complete 98 gsr b18c1 vtec head w/ msd
i got a complete gsr head, sold my block so i have no use for this anymore
came off my friends 98 integra with 130k miles, valve seals are in good condition, never burned oil
price is $300 picked up in san francisco, 415-676-9544
