I think Tony has gone 9.46 @ 164 on a stock GSR tranny back in 06?? When the NOPI series were around. Maybe he will chime in. (I remember reading this somewhere in an old D sport i believe).
Id be curious to know if there is a secret maybe it will help me from blowing up 2nd gear on my S2000 again. Please PM! Help out a fellow NJ guy.
Can you just make a thread with your secret and help everybody. Has anybody ever ran a oil cooler on the honda tranmissions, I heard it helped the dsm guys a lot with breakage?

there's really not a secret to it its just a matter of trying stuff out see what works better besides the quaife and the handcuff everything else its stock we grind 1st gear synchro and we get rid of the reverse synchro older gears but in good condition or heat treated gears work really good. dont get us wrong we have broken alot trannys but after trying different oils and different gears (old) and (new) stock gears of course. we came to the conclusion that honda mtf and lucas stop slip stabalizer oil really works and older gears hold up alot more than brand new gears .
everybody has different theory's and different opinions this is just what works for us

learning on your own =$$$$$$$$$$$$$ if some one can help you out why not? why be an a-hole about it?just look at what miller did this past weekend, the opposite of "learn on your own" what he did is great for the sport!
