Icon2 Bad Brake light switch?

Hi all,

I recently bought a 92 Accord LX, and since I bought it, the "Brake Lamp" light has been on. The previous owner told me that one of the brake lights was burned out. There were actually two burned out, so I replaced the bulbs yesterday, however the "Brake Lamp" light still does not go out. I also noticed that my brake lights stay on after I release the brake pedal. I also noticed that the high mount brake light doesn't seem to be working, even though I just put in a new bulb. After reading this forum, it sounds like my brake light switch is bad. Do you think this is the case? Thanks.
