NEED HELP REMOVING DOOR WINDOW!!

i took off door panel and took off bolts that hold window in place but i cant seem to get the window out....anyone know how????

take of the bolts from window regulator/motor? thats what i believe is holding the window down.

i did that. i can move the window up and down myselff since i removed them but i just cant get the window out lol
