Default Will EURO-R OEM JDM SHOCKS+SPRING fit my accord?

I am a newbie. Any suggestions and advise will be much appreciated!!

I am in Canada and I have a 99 Honda Accord sedan with 4 cylinders. I am planning on changing suspensions because I already put in 250,000km. My main question is will 98 - 02 Euro-R oem jdm shocks and springs from Japan fit my Accord??

What are the differences between Japanese & the stock ones?

Any different between V6 struts and L4 struts?

Thank in advance!!

Why on earth would you want that?

You can get much better quality suspension (that's new) than old, unknown condition OEM stuff. And since your Accord was not available in Japan I'm going to wager the suspension is completely different.

And yes, V6 and I4 are different.
