I think i might have a blown head gasket 91 dx. Water temp gauge went kinda haywire a couple months ago. Radiator was empty so i filled it up, but it's empty again now and water temp gauge acting out yet again. I assume it's leaking slowly into combustion chamber or something, oil looks fine though, i thought the oil would look strange as well but it doesnt. I looked at something i found on the internet elsewhere and want confirmation that this is different than a defect recall yes?

I assume that just tells service ppl that if the gasket is blown and behaving in this fashion that they use a different gasket.
