98 hatch question

I am sorry if this topic has been covered over and over but I am trying to figure out if 99 body parts like headlights, taillights, bumbers and so on are a direct fit to the 98. Can anyone help me out?

tail lights, rear bumper yes... just headlights no... whole front end yes
