Do Z10 bars come loose over time?
I was wondering when you set the load on the Z10 bars for the Integra, do they come loose over time? In the ball joints etc? How do you know when its set perfectly?
Does the bars hurt autocross performance?

No. they don't come loose if they were tightened. To be honest...even if they weren't tightened(the tie ends) the wouldn't back out anyway since with pressure its impossible for them to turn. Well..i guess if you left both tie ends loose..maybe.
Here is what i do to set them. You can adjust to your liking from here...but this has worked the very best for me:
Jack the whole front end off the ground. Mount the z10 in place. Now adjust the bar so that it takes just a little bit of effort to turn the bar by hand back and forth. Now tighten. When you lower the car you get "slight" preload. Very slight.
from what i've been told....they work extremely well for autox/roadrace events.
