so i bought a vtech head off my buddy today for 20 bucks with injectors and mpfi manifold it could use a valve job but will make it till i rebuild my engine. reading some info around a couple of sites i have a d15b1 and i think i just bought a z6 so i will need a y8 timing belt and head gasket, a rpm activated switch and a 30A relay is this correct im sure there are postings just makin sure, im new to the hondas.

ya i saw that my buddy told me the d series motor is all interchangable but that link refers to an 92-95 si.would it be the same as i have a 1990 dx

 

its referring to using a 92-95 z6 head on a 88-91 block...!!!

 

okay just makin sure it would be no different on a dx than a si. thank for the quick reply
