Okay, i have an 88 hatch with an ls/vtec in it and it's ran fine for like 5 months but the other night it got broken into and hasn't ran since then, i'm not sure if it's related but could very well be a prank cause the theif is a true enemy of mine.
It's not getting fuel to the fuel filter, i pulled the line off and check, so, i dropped the tank and undid the line at the pump, and i have fuel shooting out. so, has anyone ever heard of a fuel line becoming clogged? that's the only thing i can thing of but i just want to make sure before i run all new hardline to my filter from my tank. thanks guys.

sure it happens. What you do is disconnect the hose at fuel filter, and disconnect the same hose at the tank. Take an air compressor (or even your lungs) and blow through it. This will tell you. you can also do the return lines as well.
