Default throttle body service???

Just cleaned out my throttle body with a can of throttle body cleaner i.e. removed throttle body from vehicle wiped out the inside of the intake and put all back together. didnt mess with anything else didnt adjust anything. Now idle is screwy... sometimes bounces, idles high and smells rich.
Its a 92 lude si with stock h23 non vtec.
Any suggestions or thoughts would be greatly appriciated
thanks guys

How dirty was your Tb? Maybe the idle was set high to compensate for a dirty TB?

high idle wouldn't make for a bouncy idle I don't think.

Did you re-use the TB gasket? could have a leak there.

Did you loop the coolant lines going to the FITV and IACV? If not, you should.

what would looping the coolant lines do for me?
And will it pass smog in the future?
And yes i did reuse the gasket it looked ok still in piece and didnt stick to the intake so i figured why not. But i do have a new gasket so might replace if cant get idle fixed.

idle still acting up.
taking TB off today and putting new gasket on, also checking FITV and IACV for correct adjustment.
