Default What To Do

This subject has been covered but i searched and no solutions yet.
My buddies got a 91 civic si with a b16 swap, and its getting spark, but no fuel,
its not priming and the main relay is clicking fast and repetitively, Ive tried multiple
relays, ecu's, all the grounds are good, no blown or missing fuses, and im getting
a chick engine light but when i check it its solid cell, any suggestions would be nice

You might want to check out the ignition switch, sounds like it's getting a constant power source from somewhere or maybe a beak in the wire causing the main relay to click on and off like that.

Im assuming it only clicks like that when the key is turned on?
