97 h22a (obd2) in a 92 accord (obd1)92accord harness,which is the best compuer to use

97 h22a motor (obd2) in a 92 accord 2dr (obd1)with original 92 accord harness,which is the best compuer to use. i have the p13 right now but i heard to get a p28 or ?? but which should i get to receive better performance , also but which one would run better hp and torque wise..
