R.I.P Shaun Carlson
Shaun did pass away last night - reasons are not posted or said yet but he did have heart issues this past year or too so maybe.......please remember him for the man he was and what he did for our industry and the hard work that put sport compact on the map.
Spend some time and think about his family and friends and what they must be feeling in this time of sadness. He was a great guy and worked harder then anyone I have ever known, this guy was a pc of work to say the least.
Thoughts come to mind of building mini-truck with him when we were in high school...air bags and stuff funny stuff. Then the times we got in trouble at the street races and building my eg which became the "worlds fastest 1.5" man I would be sleeping on the floor and that guy just kept working.
He is the reason these cars are where they are unreal - shows you how life can be
Rest In Peace Shaun

A very sad time for our industry as one of the guys that did so much for so many...
We walk on the road you paved Shaun!
Some of the memories I have from this man are:
A great photographer for Turbo Magazine.
The builder of the FIRST tube chassis drag race Honda.
One of the guys that put together "The Worlds Fastest 1.5 Liter Honda"
NuFormz - with great innovation and craftsmanship.
Doing it big in Drifting with the Viper and Mopar.
Kind and a good spirt!

The part that confuses me, is that I work in the healthcarefield, and people don't normally die when they have an ICD implanted
