i have a 95 civic ex with the d16z6 vtec i need a new tranny and flywheel/flexplate or whatever it is. i know somepeople that cna put it all in together and all that but i want to know what all i need and where to find it. i look for flexplates and i get stuff like this --http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/86-87-88-91-92-05-Honda-Civic-93-97-Del-Sol-Flex-Plate_W0QQitemZ120390549364QQcmdZViewItem--. Is this what i need and of not then what is it. also i found a few auto trannies but when i go to look at them what should i look for to see if they are still good?

 

also can u guys tell me nything i can do while the tranny is off that i can do as preventative maitenence to make the engine/ tranny last longer?
