Maybe I missed something. What kind of history was made on that 9 second pass with the T3/67?

 

for people that said 9s on a t3 was impossible, i know it has been done before, but i am not too aware if it was at 2400lb (btw my car is way over weight) w/o wheelie bars, and spray.

I thought thats what it was but wasn't sure. Jordan, EGBeast did it a few months ago on a 35R at weight, no bars, etc.

boostedcivicsir, it seem like your car reallllllly makes some ground up in 3rd gear. Have you tried running some more boost in 2nd? I think the car has more left in it!!

600whp in a sub 2200lbs chassis will go 9's with ease with a good driver and 60ft

 

You aint lying it was a bad weekend for our crew...I noticed while looking over the car when jeff said i lost 5-6lbs from 3rd and 4th..on that run and it was push lock

 

we throw the sink at it in second gear. once we get the short track down, we will be good. i am still happy with where the car is. he missed 3rd in that pass thats why we gained on him so much. but the car is still picking up 29mph from the 1/8th.

 

because of that bart, i checked every fitting every pass after that. i had curts grenade video qued up, but didnt want to post it. he hee.

600whp in a sub 2200lb car should be in the 9's. we are just a shade over 700 and about 2550-2600 right now.
