Default How can I fix my civic:(

hi, can anyone tell me is that worth to fix my honda civic 2000 EX coupe?
should I fix it before I sell it or should I just sell it without fixing? Which is the better way?

If is it better to fix it, where can I buy the door and the quarter panel? Any good website/place that I can order the door and quarter panel? How much do they cost? How much is the labor cost? I am in Bayarea, North California.

Here are the photos of my Car

I'm sure it can be fixed. For the door, it's just locating another. Around here, they're about $75 at the junkyard.
For the quarter panel...that's cutting and welding and I have no idea what that will cost, but it depends where you get the parts and who does it.

Is your car stock? Are there cheap shells around? Maybe this is a good time to retire that one and use it as a dirt track car.

I don't know how to search for a good junkyard online. I use google to search, all outcomes are crap.

All the guys in the bodyshop are greedy, they may charge me more than 1000 to fix the car

Bodywork ain't cheap.

If you want that fixed properly, its going to mean the shop will be cutting, welding, filling, shaping, sanding, and painting it to look like it never happened.

looks like you can just cut out the bad quarter panel and spot weld, fit and repaint another quarter panel (that you can cut from a junkyard civic)

at least your door jamb doesnt look to be damaged, try to get another door from the junkyard too

Check craigslist for body repair shops. They always have discounts on there.

Try www.car-part.com to find parts, plus criagslist and the classifieds section on here and on local websites.

Since the car appears to be a stock EX I'd assume it probably has a stock D16Y8.
