I have an H22 swap in my accord, I keep getting codes 12, 21 and 22...

... And she's recently taken to idling rough( erratic up and down until warm and then seems like its dumping a ton of fuel and almost choking out) , and burning EXTREMELY RICH (my gas milage is terrible).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

 

I think I figured it out, crossed wires... the accord chassis has slightly different set up than the jdm prelude.
