1991 crx gsr swap wtt/wts
posting for a friend.....
1991 Honda crx
almost 300k on body
unknown year gsr engine, its clean and doesnt burn oil probably low miles
2001 gsr tans no grinds
hasport motor mounts
cold air intake
forgot the brand of exhasut but its not loud and sounds great!
sir front seats with one rip on each seat
kyb gr2 sruts with groundcontrols
decent tires on stock steelies
it does have full rear interior
short shifter but broke at top from previous owner
ngk wires and plugs
chipped ecu with base map tune. Ecu makes a big difference.Check engine light shift light. vtec at 4800redline at 8400
the bad:
body isnt the greatest but still shines
i fixed a lot of small things and bigs things as well as the rear interior.
it is a very fun and quick car.

lol not lying lol this crx pulls great very healthy motor! i ran 13.80 @ 103 on drag radios with a 2.1 60'(also i still have the time slips if no one does'nt this it did lol) but dont forget it also has:

Ha this is my old crx it does pull for what it is but this little troy guy got the time slips from the car i left them in it when i got rid of it and it had a built type-r in it with 230whp and that's what it ran when i was shifting at 8grand cause the tune was bad he'll prob have a time slip that says it went 13.2 @115 cause it also did that so hate to say it that was when I owned the car with the old motor doesn't do that anymore still pulls pretty good for a $500 gsr but not no 13 second car

It's got AGX's on GC's, not GR2's
The seats are stock SI seats
The exhaust is a cheapo replacement muffler with a new flex pipe and a stainless mid-pipe
The front bumper is cut out for an intercooler
I was real surprised to see the rear cargo cover!

who are you? because i traded my eg hatch for this crx to a guy from madison lol and no time slips where in the car or anything, when i got it vtec was not working, it ran like ****, did a full tune up, chipped the stock p72, eliminated o2, knock, and disabled vtec speed check, then it pulled very hard. i ran it two days later at gld
I'm an owner of this car I traded this thing and a green crx for an rsx type-s and the kid i traded to put this gsr in it after he blew up a type-r he put in it. Car had vtec when my buddie sold it to the guy in madison and he called a couple days later asking if the timeslips in the ashtray were from the gsr they weren't. Yeah idk this car can't be that fast cause I had a gsr that was strong pumped out 230psi on compression test in a crx si and dyno'd with and skunk2 intake and tuned by me and put 170whp and went 14.4 on pizza cutter tires at only 100mph and that was a good running gsr. Not trying to bash you but it's not that fast

Yeah rob at king was pretty surprised at dyno days when the gsr in the green crx put down that much power and pulled all the way to 8500 and didn't drop off power. Yeah this car does move for a $500 gsr not gonna lie on that. I drove it up at hwy100 2 weeks ago and smoke a infinity g35 and gave him the hit and a couple cars. Gets over 30mpg. Exhaust is nice and quite when not on it sounds good but it pulls for being like a 2" Exhaust. Car has full interior now. Anything anyone want's to know about the car can ask me I'm the old owner and I helped put the motor in. Also trans when I had it in my green crx rocked best trans I've ever had. Shifted so smooth no grids whatsoever also had like 70k on it.
