Tein Flex with annoying noises

Tein Flex with annoying noises
I got a set of Tein flexes on my prelude and every little bump is making clunking/knocking noises. Is that normal? My friend got these on his wrx and he gets no clunking/knocking sounds.

installation error. It should not cause any noise when installed correctly. Lift car and inspect shock and spring. Make sure that spring in installed right in the center of top shock hat.
