99 grille on a 97?

will the 1999 civic si grille...(mesh style) fit on my 1997 civic ex...

and to be more particular....

will the grille base (black part) match up with my grille bezel (color part...in my case the white part)

No, it won't fit.

96-98 and 99-00 have different front ends.
