zc crankshaft

Default zc crankshaft

ive heard that you can use other cranks in these but i wasnt sure. i have a dohc zc. if you know let me know. please

Should be able to us a a6 or z6 crank, I'd shy away from the y8, oiling issues.

any D16 crankshaft will work, however, DOHC ZC, SOHC ZC, D16A1 and D16A6 crankshafts came with 2 different diameter front snouts (where the pulley goes on) - some were 22mm diameter and some were 24mm diameter - you need to get the crankshaft that has the same diameter front snout as the one you are replacing - the crankshaft gear for the timing belt also fits on the front snout and has to match the diameter of the crankshaft - the DOHC ZC gear has 17 teeth and the DOHC ZC is the only one that works - DOHC ZC gears for the 22mm crankshaft are really hard to find

A d17 crank fits also, just needs a few extra bits to make the setup work.
