Default Recommendations for spring replacement

I have a set of tein superstreets on my ek and am considering replacing the springs because they are too soft. What's a good replacement/upgrade for the springs? It's a daily driver with occasional turn-throwing. Not looking for something too expensive, just something with quality at a good price.

Can i replace them with tein s-tech springs?

You can usually go about an extra 2kg/mm on spring rates. More than that will require revalving. Tein sells replacement race springs (for coilovers). S-tech is for standard setup so you can't use that.
Spring rates you have now: 4.2 F/ 2.5 R

They have to be coilover (race) springs.

And heres one more thing to think about, you dont have to stick with Tein for your springs!

Eibach (ERS), Swift, and Hyperco all make spring that will fit your SS's...
